What program do you use to filter only certain colors by the way? Cause it gives this a really nice effect.

I use different effects for certain things.

In this photo's case, I used Adobe Photo Deluxe home edition. It's not Photoshop. It's kinda like a "Photoshop Light". It's no longer sold. I got mine with an old scanner we got ages ago.

On most of my photos, I use the color filter on my digital camera.

APD is fun, but i hated coloring all this by hand. LOL

though, i am pleased with how it came out.
